My name is Katy Santiago and my clients often describe me as an energetic, results driven woman who asks the tough questions, challenges perspectives, and encourages them to attain success. I founded C46 Consulting out of a passion for coming alongside exceptional individuals, teams, and leaders who are seeking to grow their professional impact and confidence.  

I am an HCM Software, Professional Services, and Leadership geek that started my career in human resources and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced world of HCM Software Development and Implementation. Most recently, I had the privilege for working at UKG Inc. where I grew through a variety of positions touching nearly all facets of the product life cycle. I was empowered to lead decisions and teams from the creation of new products all the way through the operational requirements to sell and equip teams to support and implement UKG Pro®.

While technology and the HR world will always fascinate and engage me, I found that my most significant impact over time has been generating inspirational vision for success and equipping others to feel confident in leading themselves and their teams to achieve goals. I have a passion for helping leaders, teams, and individuals navigate through professional, personal, and organizational change.

Grateful for a journey spanning 27 years in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, I've had the privilege of contributing to esteemed organizations such as Ceridian Dayforce, Ultimate Software, and UKG. My path, predominantly as a Strategy and Innovation Leader, has been shaped by the intricacies of leading teams through transformative initiatives. From navigating change management to enhancing processes and implementing scalable solutions, my focus has always been on amplifying the experiences of both employees and customers on a significant scale.
